Your contribution to KPMG
- Deliver high quality solutions to improve processes, operating models and organizational set-up for HR organizations
- Assess and benchmark maturity of the HR function
- Optimize End-to-End HR processes, such as onboarding, hire-to-retire and talent management
- Review current HR IT landscape and propose technological solutions to improve processes and deliver exceptional employee experiences
- Set up and optimize Shared Service Center and Outsourcing structures to streamline organizational models
- Provide advice on role and qualifications profiles for the future business partners and experts in HR
- Collaborate with KPMG experts on cross-functional projects to broaden the value proposition to your clients
- Support proposals for the acquisition of new engagements and contribute to marketing initiatives and publications to strengthen our visibility and credibility in the market
This is what makes you successful
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources or similar
- Experience in Transformation, HR, organizational design or in a comparable environment is preferred
- Knowledge of HCM system functionalities (SAP, Workday, etc.) is a plus
- Strong capabilities in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Full professional proficiency in German and English, French is a plus
- You are a team player and have very good communication and analytical skills
